The new plant of Hama will focus on the development of fine products with high added value to form an integrated and complete linen production chain.
Previously, on March 29, 2006, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Heilongjiang Province integrated the province's flax resources in the reform of state-owned enterprises, and actively took Harbin Flax Group, Harbin Flax Co., Ltd. and foreign investors to sign the overall plan for asset restructuring, aiming to implement The strategic goal of the Heilongjiang flax industry will be strengthened, and the new plant will be built into a leading enterprise in the flax industry with strong profitability and high level of foreign exchange earning.
Then, why did the original Hama factory retreat into the suburbs and rename it as a new factory in Hamao?
The reason for the matter is quite impressive. Heilongjiang Province Flax Group Co., Ltd., which was established by administrative means, was established in a few years. The company's member companies “Jia Ma†and “Qi Ma†were successively withdrawn, and the company was disintegrated in 2005. The only remaining company in the group, the Harbin Flax Textile Factory, has long been insolvent. In the past two years, it has lost more than 60 million yuan each year, facing a crisis of production suspension.
“Group fiction†is the root cause of the decline of the good end of the Hema textile mill. In the past two years, more than 50 senior engineers and more than 200 skilled workers have been sent to other linen companies for employment. At this point, the Hanma Textile Factory has been insolvent, with total assets of more than 600 million yuan and total liabilities of 1.1 billion yuan, which will enter bankruptcy proceedings.
With this as the background, the Hanma Textile Factory changed its name to the new relocation project of the new submersible factory in Harbin Textile, which has special significance for the re-development of the Hema Textile Factory and the Heilongjiang Province Flax Industry. The funds from the overall relocation and the production positions to be hired by the new plant in Hamao will be used to prioritize the placement of the employees of the original Hanmao mill.
